ARTIST
Ever since I was a kid, I loved going deep into the lore behind imaginary creatures and worlds. Mythology, fairy tales, and games like Final Fantasy fueled my imagination and I spent many an afternoon drawing strange creatures populating some faraway land.
Nowadays, I’m deeply inspired by forms from the natural world. Somehow, it feels as though that unknown creative force that generates our dreams is the same one that spawned the kaleidoscopically variegated life that flourishes on our world. Maybe it’s even the same one that propels our hands to create. What is this creative force within and beyond us? Who are we really? The mystery of being and creation gives me endless fascination and is the subject that I find myself exploring again and again in my work.
In my personal time, I like to garden, cook, and get lost in the rabbit holes of my latest fixation.
